We deliver FREE to Mainland UK on selected items, items which have a delivery charge will be shown next to the item at the set rate, all prices quoted on the site are subject to Vat exemption, prices quoted are without the VAT unless stated otherwise
Delivery is usually 5 - 10 days for us to bring you your product and set it up for you in England or Wales for items that are in stock. Scotish deliveries and smaller items will be sent via courier services, we will inform you of this when you place your order and will require someone to assemble the product. All products are easy to assemble and we're only a phone call away if you should need extra help. However, if you desperately require the product sooner than 5 - 10 days, please contact us and we'll do our very best to help you.
Adjustable beds may have a longer delivery time, please call us for an approximate delivery date, adjustable beds are not available for delivery in Scotland as our couriers will not take such heavy items.
Some items have longer delivery times, so please email or call us to avoid disapointment. The Shoprider Traveso is too big for our couriers to take safely, so we cannot offer delivery to Scotland on this model.
Items such as wheelchairs, powerpacks, some mobility scooters, zimmer frames, walking aids will be sent via courier for a faster delivery. This service is for Mainland UK, we do not ship any items off the Mainland, you are welcome to arrange a collection if shipping abroad.
Any item dispatched with our couriers will require a signature and it is your responsibility to unload and assemble the item/s. If you are unable to do this with any product, please contact us and will quote a price for a home delivery service where one of our own delivery drivers will assemble and demonstrate the item to you. If you refuse delivery, you will have to re-pay for a second delivery.
Individuals:
If you are chronically sick or disabled and the products are for your personal use, you are then VAT exempt
Charities:
VAT is exempt where the goods are made available by the charity to a disabled person for their personal or domestic use.
Non-eligible customers:
If you are not eligible for VAT relief, we are obliged to charge you 15% VAT on the whole of your order.
Which products are eligible for VAT Relief?
If you are eligible you can buy all of the products in our on-line store without having to pay VAT.
Declaration Form:
The government requires that you complete a VAT declaration form, and we are pleased to say that you can now do this, once you've placed your order, our delivery driver will fill out the form and request your signature to claim for zero rating VAT
Please Note:
If you do not fill in and sign the VAT declaration form, VAT at 15% will be added to the whole of your order. If items are sent via courier, you will be required to fill out the provided form and send back to ourselves within 7 days.
